Best mojito recipe?

I've grown a ton of mint and would like to have mojitos this weekend. Any great recipes?

this is what i do:

squeeze a lime into a glass (depends on the juiciness of the lime, but oftentimes i use a whole one per glass ~4Tbsp)
spoon in a couple Tbsp of sugar (i like mine sweet)
add a shot of light rum (or just a splash - i prefer less)
add in some ripped mint
stir that all together until the sugar dissolves (alternatively you can make and use simple syrup - sugar dissolved in hot water)
then add ice cubes
then top off with club soda
stir only a little so you don't lose the fizz

then drink.

it's also really good with added fruit chunks or juices... like watermelon or strawberry.

the only downside is that club soda does not keep well once you've opened the bottle. it pretty much goes flat if you don't use it right away. so i like to buy club soda in the very small individual-sized bottles.
