What is the easiest CPAP mask to get used to.

Because I really really really don't like this. This isn't normal and would only be used in trying to torture someone.
Nasal pillow! They told me this was preferred. Really? Omg, there's no way this can be a normal thing. The idea of anything else, another mask, covering my mouth or nose is driving me insane. This probably isn't for me.
Getting minimal help from company.

What did anyone to do like this. I will try.

Everyone seems to feel differently. I was originally given nasal pillows and struggled to get used to it for over two months. I called my DME equipment company and they had me come in and try masks on. I now have a regular nasal mask and I love it.

I think I hated the nasal pillows because my nostrils are tiny. I hated the feeling of having them up my nose.

Yes! Here it is: https://www.thecpapshop.com/respironics-dreamwear-nasal-cpap-mask?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&adpos=&scid=scplp1116700-BUNDLE&sc_intid=1116700-BUNDLE&gad_source=1

It has been life changing for me. I still struggle with it a bit, but it is so much more doable than the nasal pillows.

Dp. I use the Resmed n30i. It has nasal cushions instead of pillows (so nothing sticking up your nose). I also like the Philips dream wear—I have both and they are similar for me. I like these because I sleep on my side, and this mask allows me to roll over easily.

When I started out I wore the mask during the day (while surfing dcum for example)—this helped with my adjustment. I really prefer sleeping with the cpap now.

I like my full face mask.

Try put the mask on and read for a little bit. A lot of the discomfort is because you are not use it. The reading distracts you from the mask and allows you to breath without thinking.

Me too. No big deal getting used to it. And I'm a back and side sleeper. Only change I made was switching to one that allows me to wear my glasses so I can watch TV to go to sleep.

PP at 13:29 here. I love my nasal mask. I didn't go with a full face mask because I drool in my sleep and it would drive me nuts to not be able to just reach up and wipe it off. But if that were not the case, I probably would have tried a full face mask.

Nasal pillow or just a nasal mask?
