Gift for dd

I want to get 16yo dd a purse. She has a black leather one but that's it. I was thinking the Lululemon festival cross body in white for more casual outings Is that something a teen would like? I am not fashionable and have no idea. Other option I was thinking about was a little white Coach wristlet (very cheap at outlet) Any input or other ideas?

The lulu crossbody bags are great and easy to use in a variety of settings. Wrt the wristlet, a phone usually doesn’t fit in them so not as practical.

Purses are pretty personal and I’ve never liked one that someone else picked out for me, although they were perfectly fine. They just weren’t the size, style, color, or organized the way I wanted.

Could you give her a gift card? You could even send her the purse link as a suggestion to consider with the understanding that it’s fine if she wants to choose something else.

Alternatively, give her cash and take her shopping. Have a nice lunch together or at least pick up a treat while you’re out.

Why not get her a gift bag with a “gift card” for lunch and shopping with a purse of her choice.

My DD15 has declared the Lulu bags middle school or mom bags.

Something to do with her interests and hobbies. Art supplies if she's into art.
If she likes crafting The Woobles crochet kits are cool.

Led string lights are popular but only work if you don't have textured walls.

Jewelry, Kendra Scott necklaces have been mentioned on gift ideas here.

Or get the bag with a gift receipt so if she doesn't like it/not her style or size she can return it.

My 11yo loved the lulu belt bag, my 14yo wouldn’t be caught dead with one. They are tween bags according to her!
