Seeking nanny with special needs experience

We are seeking an experienced and patient caregiver to look after our toddler son (now 33 months) and soon-to-arrive baby (due in October) in our Chevy Chase, MD home. Our son is very energetic and loving with some developmental delay, particularly in the area of speech. He will attend preschool every morning starting in mid-October.

We are hoping to find someone who:

* Is available to begin in mid to late August
* Speaks fluent English
* Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Is trained, experienced and/or interested in working with kids with
special needs, especially in the areas of speech and communication
* Is available 40 hours per week (Mon - Thurs from approximately 7:30
am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility)
