New car: when did you receive registration from VA DMV?

| We bought a new car around Christmas and the dealer gave us permanent plates and a temporary registration. I logged onto my DMV profile last week and the new car is showing up there, but we haven't received the permanent registration card and title yet. Any recent experiences with how long to expect this to take? |
