What happened to chick FIL a Falls Church?

Went to the revamped falls church location today, and the buns are different and the chicken sandwich was flatter and tasted gamey. Haven’t been before this since it reopened. It was frankly pretty gross. Anyone else find this be true?

We have gotten tenders and nuggets from there and I thought they were fine. But I do feel like the revamp was not done well. It seems like the place is less organized and the workers are confused and stressed. I think separating the internet and app overs was suppose to help, but it seems like it has made things worse. It was always crowded before but it felt well run. Maybe it’s all new workers and it will improve over time.

Chick-Fil-A is disgusting in every way. The food is gross, but their homophobia is even grosser. Don't go there.
