Garage entrance restaurant for family lunch tomorrow

Anonymous
I need to organize a family lunch tomorrow with babies and elderly/frail people so I’m thinking somewhere with a garage and no walking outside at all would be ideal. Casual enough for high chairs. NWDC or Bethesda. Any bright ideas? Thanks so much!

Cheesecake Factory in Friendship Heights? Park in garage.

Chef Geoffs has a parking lot behind at the same level and it's bound to be cleared off well. Irish Inn in Glen Echo you can drop off right at the door. Drop off at Junction or Clydes in Chevy Chase and then park nearby in the garage.

Lia’s also has a garage in building.

There is valet parking at Clyde’s Tower Oaks.

Cheesecake in Friendship was my first thought.

Ooo can you get in there directly from the garage? I haven’t been since they rebuilt the giant.

Thanks to all these are great tips. I’m just fussing extra because of one elderly person with an injury who is driving themselves and I don’t want to be responsible for them walking on the sidewalk at all if I can avoid it. But I know it probably doesn’t make a difference really.

Since this is for some reason the most helpful part of dcum ever, does anyone know if you can get into the new food hall in Friendship Heights directly from the garage?

Stanford Grill off Seven Locks Rd. Garage, elevator to restaurant, no stairs.

It’s DTSS rather than NWDC or Bethesda, but my elderly parents really like Copper Canyon on Ellsworth. It’s new American with very good options for both omnivores and vegetarians. Save room for bread pudding for dessert. They accommodate large groups well and there’s enough space for my mom to manage her walker easily. If you park in the county garage on Ellsworth, you just exit the garage and the restaurant is right there. We park on the ground floor usually.

I was going to suggest the new food hall above the whole foods...There are elevators from the garage that open into the middle of the retail on that level
