Bottomless Mimosa Brunch around Reston/Tyson area?

Have a friend in from out of town who asked me for locations/recs for the above. I have no idea and google hasn't been super helpful. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for that type of brunch experience?

Technically bottomless drinks are illegal in VA. Some places may still offer it and others will do penny mimosas. You'd have better luck looking in DC.
