Lots of recent citations to restaurants in NOVA. I looked at McLean because that is where I am -- citations to lots of restaurants I've been to. Know before you go:

I read these every week. But I've also worked in restaurants and I know the deal. Very few commercial kitchens are going to be as clean as one would hope.
