Will the snow be melting today by 1:30pm? For sledding

It’s supposed to be 33 degrees but maybe still snowing. I’m trying to arrange my work day so I can take the kids out to sled. Is it still going to be sledding weather at 1:30 or will we have missed the window?

Yes once it crosses 32 it will all melt

What, pray tell, is “sledding weather,” and what impact would 33 degrees have on it? Genuinely curious to understand this line of thinking.
