| coconut rice in a rice cooker? And if so, how? Someone gifted me their old-ish Zojirushi rice cooker as they received a new one for the holidays and would love to know if any DCUMers use theirs to do this. TIA. |

| Yes, 3 of the plastic cups of rice, 1/2 can of coconut milk and fill to 3 line with water. When done, sprinkle with chopped scallions, sesame seeds and salt before serving |
