Erasure

Has anyone read this?

I saw American Fiction over the weekend and it was truly one of the best movies I have ever seen. I'm hesitant to read the book in case it feels flat because the cast was just so amazing, but I also think it could be so good. Any thoughts?

By Percival Everett? No, but I read Trees and it was fantastic so I am thinking about reading more from him.

I also saw the movie and loved it. I find it difficult reading the books after the movies adapted from them, usually works better the other way around.

Oh thanks! I'll check out Trees and maybe give some time between the movie and trying to read Erasure.
