Does the ongoing CR's affect both jobs they were currently interviewing and future potential jobs?

| Usually CRs that are not full year don't give agencies what they need for hiring. Having said that, some agencies find ways around it. |

| I applied in Sept, interviewed in Oct, TO in Nov, FO early Jan and was supposed to start today so some hiring is still happening. |

| Totally depends on the agency and source of funds. At my agency we have some programs who are flush and are continuing to hire full speed ahead. Other programs need to wait and see how the full year bills turn out before they will initiate a hire. |
