Try a compression sleeve. I use a compression strap for my elbow pain (from lifting weights), it helps tremendously.

My dog lunged when I was walking her, and I had that kind of pain. Turned into frozen shoulder. I suggest you see a physical therapist asap to try to ward that off. |
