Been 3 days now. Motrin helps. I must have pulled a muscle? How do I fix this / stop the intermittent pain (5)

I had this when I pinched a nerve in my neck. If it gets worse, get a course of steroids from your doctor.

What’s your age, were you exercising, does the pain persistent and keep you up at night?

Try a compression sleeve. I use a compression strap for my elbow pain (from lifting weights), it helps tremendously.

My dog lunged when I was walking her, and I had that kind of pain. Turned into frozen shoulder. I suggest you see a physical therapist asap to try to ward that off.

I had bursitis in the shoulder that felt like that, it went away after a few weeks.
