Any sort of free or online cooking school for intermediate+ cook?

Do any of the cooking schools or a you tuber offer comprehensive online curriculum I can follow along for a few ones? Preferably one that is free. I’m already an intermediate+ cook that can easily most recipes. I just want to go through different techniques and advanced skills. I have the time this year and really want to focus on this.

I have an all access subscription to America’s Test Kitchen online and that allows you to watch a ton of instructional videos, in addition to all their book and magazine recipes. It costs about $50/year for new members.
