I am 100% in the camp of some outdoor time every day (unless it’s really rainy or unsafe). I feel like my kids get too antsy and crazy when they are cooped up inside all day.
I made my 3 kids go outside for an hour this morning. It was cold and windy but boy they are in better mood now that we got some fresh air. I am always surprised how few kids are outside when it’s cold out. |
| We don’t |
| We do but my family is from Minnesota and DH is from Buffalo. It takes a lot to make us cold. |
| -5 here. My kids went out for about 5 minutes after I spent 15 minutes getting them ready. It was the first big snow of the season and they wanted to play. |
| Yes, we walked to and from church and the grocery store this morning. Will probably take bikes out this afternoon. I’m from North of here so this doesn’t seem terribly cold. |
Wvrrr you @ |

Our dog is visiting relatives because of work we have going at our house, so we didn't walk him. We went to church this morning (indoors) and both my kids have multi-hour indoor sports things today (basketball, and swimming), so not yet, but they probably will later in the day.

DC area. I thought that was the assumption unless otherwise stated on this board. |
| Families do different things than you. |
| It was windy earlier but not cold. Much cooler out now. |
| Yes, of course. It's really not that cold out. We went to the farmer's market and then the park and there were lots of other people/families out. The parking lot at the park was full. |

Yes DD 11 played basketball with a friend in the driveway for about 30 minutes and walked the dog prior to that for 15 mins.
Tomorrow we are going for a 45-60 min local hike with friends in the afternoon. They’ll be happy as well keep moving and it’s always fun with friends |
| Yes. we all walked to and from church. older son took toddler to nearby playground for a bit as well. couple of my kids also played in front yard for a bit. so yes, several outdoor jaunts. it's not that cold. |
|
Yes, why? Are you talking about weather? We’re rain or shine people, plus have a sled dog who wants more exercise the colder it is. |
| Yes. But like another PP, I’m from Minnesota. Windchills in the 20s and 30s do not faze me. |
