Hello, whilst this is a great community does anyone use other parenting forums. This is great but I don't like the all anonymous feature. I'm not looking for a local forum, but would like something which is active but not as big as others (such as babycenter and what to expext)

| Mumsnet is the best one, I used it all the time when I lived in London. It’s not anonymous and has sub forums for everything. Only downside is that it’s not American, obviously. And there are pay features now(this is relatively new). And it’s much much nicer than this forum. I would say mumsnet is like a book club where most people are nice and courteous, dcm is like a wine mom get together that can get too snarky, and urbanbaby was a cocaine fueled dumpster fire of vitriol. |
