We have Laptops -- do we need to request a Chromebook?

My youngest's ES sent out a form to request Chromebooks in case of remote learning. My HS and MS students already have MCPS Chromebooks, and all three kids have Windows laptops.
I asked the elem teacher if we needed a Chromebook in this case, and she didn't know. I wouldn't want to request one if we don't need it and resources are limited. TIA! |

| You don't need a chromebook if you have a regular laptop. You would need links and login info though. |

| No. The chromebook request form is meant for students who have no device at home. There are limited devices so please don't request one. |

| We have been able to get into everything through my Mac, so I don't think you need it to be branded Chromebook to work. |
