What are the nicer quality bathroom vanity brands? I am having to expand to ordering because of the specifics of my home (MCM), but want something well-made, solid wood, nice drawers, etc. What are your favorite brands/what have you been happy with? Budget is for a 48 inch single and a 60 inch double, $5k max each. Thanks for any help! |
Room & Board |
Btw we got their Adrian vanity in walnut for our MCMish bathroom remodel. We paid about $2400 for a single vanity so I would imagine the double should be in your price range. |
Real high end is custom. |
The Jean Stoffer vanities are nice and come in these sizes |
I would do custom cabinets from a kitchen and bath dealer. We have Brighton cabinets from cabinet discounters in our primary bath. |
Not OP, but were they able to design something with drawers? I'd like a 72" double with all drawers or some version with two sets of drawers, and that's been difficult to find. |
We got a custom vanity with drawers. From Counter Culture. But i dont recall the actual
Cabinet company brand. Real wood faces, very pretty and to my specific requirements. Pribably $3k as it was 40". |
Yes- Brighton cabinets are custom. My kitchen cabinets were exactly what I wanted. My bath room vanity is L shaped and include many drawers. |
This. When I was looking, there was no difference between the lower and higher level premade ones. So might as well go custom or lower-middle range. Just pick the look you like. |
Custom. We’re remodeling, found a Room and Board one we liked for ~$3.5k and the independent designer helping us said if we’re c comfortable with that price point it’s better to go custom, as it’ll fit exactly in our space.
When we remodeled our old place all our cabinets were custom or semi custom - we used Brighton for our kitchen and Homecrest for the bathrooms and we worked Cabinet Discounters - which sounds cheesy and cheap, but isn’t! They also have great designers to help you, and ours even made some great space maximizing suggestions! |
Waterworks |
Custom. We got ours from Stuart Kitchens. I also did a bathroom with a standard sink cabinet and carpenter built side cabinets.
I have also used Pottery Barn vanities in a couple of bathrooms in both my primary house and beach house and they may not qualify as high end but they've held up really well. |
I agree with custom. I was looking at a
RH vanity and custom was about 1200 more and was bigger with better storage so it’s not as expensive as one might think. |
Can you get something custom made and source the stone yourself? That’s what we did in our powder room and primary.
Restoration hardware vanities seem nice as far as retail. |
