If you can't swallow pills easily and need a decongestant, Mucinex-D.
If you don't need a decongestant and are just trying to keep the mucus thin so you can clear it, the regular or extra strength. If you can swallow pills, get your sudafed separately. Drugs have different clearance rates (google them) and you don't always need/want to take both. In any event: stay hydrated. |

If so, you should NOT get the behind the counter stuff. Talk to the pharmacists. |
