Is DCSC [old Stoddert] moving to edp?

Stoddert was a long time heaving ncsl club. It looks like they have many of their blue/top teams moving to EDP for the Spring. Does anyone have the tea?

2010 Blue left EDP and went to NCSL this past fall season. Will they go back to EDP for the spring season?
