How much is your electricity bill for a 2200 sf house will all electricity utility?

I just became a first time home owner, and I am surprised by how much my electricity bill went up compared with my previous 1 bedroom apartment.
The house is a 2200 sf single family, it uses heat pump for heating / cooling. My last months bill is $300. Does it look normal to you? |

| Ours is around $150 for a 2500 sq foot Tt. We have gas heating and energy-efficient everything (lights, appliances, etc) and home automation that ensures all our lights are off at night, and everything is off when no one is home. |
