strategies for child with infantile anorexia

HI. I found some old postings from other who have children with infantile anorexia. I am interested in what strategies have worked for their DC.

I am the probable old post with a child with infantile anorexia. Would you be willing to post email address. I would love to talk to someone else with a child with this disorder. My son is now 3. We see Dr. Chatoor at Children's Hospital Feeding clinic. I think we have been seeing her since he was 14 months.
He has come a long way, but is still a challenge.
