Houseplant that will do well in cold NW facing window?

Anonymous
I have a NW facing window in my kitchen where I keep a plant. I relocated the plant that was there (a jade succulent) to a larger pot in another room, but now I need something for this window. I had a plant there (can’t recall the name) but the back is dying from the cold and now the whole thing isn’t doing well.

Is there a hearty houseplant that will do well up against a cold window?

Is the window that cold? I have tons of plants growing well in north windows: Pothos, umbrella tree, monstera, parlour palm, fern.

I have found that Christmas cactus and snake plants are both very tolerate of being close to a cold window.

Was just going to post Christmas cactus. I've seen one do amazingly well for many, many years in the same type location. If you can meet its darkness needs it should bloom gangbusters.
