No, unless the charge originated with something the two of them allegedly were doing. But somehow the charges were dropped against the politicians. That would give me pause, and I would want to know more.

Are they still married? Is the spouse still in jail? What does the candidate say about it? That would be a probably not for me. But I can imagine situations where I’d be okay with it.
