Help me identify this movie or show

All I remember is one scene from an animated movie or animated show. It's an adorably evil white cat holding a syringe or potion bottle, cackling evilly.

Does anyone know where this is from? The white cat is small, I can't remember if it's an evil white kitten or evil white cat. The syringe or potion bottle was...pinkish?

OMG I found it. It's a scene from The Emperor's New Groove. I can't believe I finally found it, this was driving me crazy.

The Emperor's New Groove was great. You'd think they'd have made 2 sequels of it by now, but it sort of got forgotten.

NP. What a fun movie and so good to re-watch. I'm an old woman with an adult DD who introduced me to it (and other great "kids'" movies) only a few years ago and we still rewatch it!

I'm so glad my thread is introducing new people to The Emperor's New Groove and the mad antics of Yzma, one of my favorite Disney villains. IMO it represents a golden era of high quality Disney films that we just can't seem to get anymore.
