Recipe calls for creme fraiche.
I don’t see it at my store. What should I buy as a sub? Or where can I buy it? |

| Wegmans has Vermont Creamery crème fraiche. I think I also saw it at Whole Foods. |

| Heavy cream and buttermilk. |
| It probably depends on the recipe, like if it’s for pastry cream or cooking in a pan or whatever. |
| When I couldn’t find sour cream overseas, I used crème fraiche, so I imagine they are somewhat interchangable. |
