I would love them to do this.
I am so so SO tired of giving all my money to companies because of complete rigidity/ inflexibility of their policies - just because they 'can'/ bc the language is buried deep in some disclaimer. |

Currently chatting with jetblue who are telling me it's a '$25 fee per person to change your flights over chat or over the phone'. the madness has to end! |
| +1. It's so frustrating when airlines publish "basic economy" fares which get picked up by Expedia...then charge extra for selecting a seat or bringing a full-size carry-on. It's only a matter of time before somebody puts a credit card reader on the lav door. |
