Inspiration for pecan pie crust?

| Trying to decide what kind of pie to make for tonight. I have a ready made pecan pie crust. Suggestions for how to fill it? (I'm not wild about pumpkin pie... also, I have a slight preference for vegan recipes.) Thanks! |

A chocolate cream pie would be good with a pecan crust.
Or the NY Times salted maple pie, a custard filling with dark maple syrup. |
