I really need to add resistance training and would like to find an online program or an app that I can use at home. I have thought about the Peleton app or the lululemon app? Does anyone have any input on these two apps for weight training or any other recommendations? Many thanks |
Mark Lauren’s You Are Your Own Gym app got me into resistance training. He is clear, the workouts are simple, and my results were really good (I had a low baseline as a beginner). He was a military trainer of some sort and talks about how they had to stay in shape on deployment even without gyms:
