Last indulgence

DH has to lose weight before a medical procedure, and my teens and I are going to support him. The pantry gets cleaned out New Years Day, we are eating light for January and February, so we are enjoying one last indulgence this weekend. What would you eat?
Anonymous
Homemade cinnamon rolls and steak au poivre.

Quail with Sauternes, followed by steak topped with foie gras, with a beautiful red wine. A rich blue cheese. Decadent chocolate truffles with champagne. A complicated peaty scotch that requires taking time to sip, before or after dinner. Eff it, a cigarette. Shoehorn some croissant-like flaky pastry bread in there somewhere too.

I think "indulgence" is different for different people. For example, I see steak on here, and that would be fine for a Whole 30, but not fine if the "eating light" is looking to be more plant-based.

At any rate, for me, a last hurrah would probably mean pizza and chips and dip. I don't really have a sweet tooth. If he has a sweet tooth, then go with something that satisfies that.

Let your husband pick (since you can cheat, outside your home).
