Xmas Eve takeout - where should I order from in Arlington/Alexandria?

I live in Potomac Yards, but don't celebrate Christmas. But I want good food. Preferably good "ethnic" food. I also want to have leftovers for Christmas Day, and maybe 1 more day.

Where should I order good takeout/delivery? From some place that will definitely be open Xmas eve? Willing to drive a radius of a few miles.

Aren’t most restaurants open on Christmas Eve?? This seems straightforward - pick a restaurant you like (Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, whatever) and order double your normal amount if food to have leftovers for 2 days.

A lot of places close early, especially when Christmas Eve is a Sunday.

From personal experience, you may have to wait hours for Chinese carryout/takeout in Arlington! Tonight and tomorrow.
