Data Scraped from the Girls ECNL website on 12/21/2023 (https://theecnl.com/sports/2023/8/8/ECNLG_0808235831.aspx)
Below are some stats for the different ECNL Clubs in the MidAtlantic which covers each club's G05/06, G07, G08, G09, G10, and G11 teams. Still more games to be played. Several clubs seem to be coming into form having improved their W/L/D ratios over the past 4-5 games. Let me know if you are curious about other statistics that are no the ECNL website. |
| Nerds! |
| NVA has the highest win %? |
In this area… |
| Arlington 😳 |
| If you think winning percentage is an important part of youth sports, at any level, you are part of the problem. |
| I’m considering buying a club, so thanks for the all age group stats |

Oh yes it is. How else do these club make money and keep the u littles coming in? It’s not about development it’s all about making money. |
| For girls, I'd just average U15/U16/U17 to get an idea of strength. U18/19 can really drop off, because most of the better girls have already signed. Before U15 is still very much developmental and not always a fair reflection. Some clubs are more "win first" than others at the younger ages. |
Ha! |
Good argument. I bet you were captain of the debate team. Ha! |
| ECNL will put the actual rankings out at the end of year. Cool spreadsheet though. |
VDA FTW |
NP, and this makes no sense. ECNL starts at a certain age for a reason. I’m all for leaving out pre-ECNL, but once they’re playing 11v11, leaving out certain age groups ignores a big piece of the picture. Arlington 2011s are a perfect case in point. |
