FCV Boys Different Than Girls?

How much different are the FCV boys compared/contrasted to the girls within their coaching staff? I saw a weird dynamic of coaches (great, okay, and bad) whenever my sons and daughters would play their teams in NCSL, EDP, and USYS. I guess the boys side their coaches are primarily from Spain mixed with some local coaches? The girls are all local coaches? Can anyone confirm.

FCV didn’t have any boys teams a couple years ago until they acquired another club’s (Barca) teams. Many of the coaches on the boys side remained from the Barca coaches. The girls and boys sides are run separately different coaches, directors, etc

Makes sense! That's worth checking out for my kids then. I'd be fine having my kids coached by those coaches.

FCV acquires then dumps their boys teams. Its a pattern with FCV. Better off leaving for VRSC, Loudoun, VDA, or GFR.

I clearly don’t know anything. Can you elaborate on how they dump their boys teams?

Don't go to FCV its that simple
