call alberto, he goes by the trade name "alberto contractor." 301-434-0040. He did an amazing job on our living room and dining room. There was a lot of damage to the walls too, which he expertly repaired despite going way over the price he quoted me. we paid $900 for what was essentially a $2000 job. not saying that you'll get such a sweet deal, but he is a man of his word and does an awesome job.
