Finger Sandwiches

I am planning on making some for a party - if you have a recipie or idea for finger sandwiches (other than the traditional cucumber and cream cheese, which I have covered), I would greatly appreciate it.

Gorgonzola butter and fig jam, equal parts soft butter and soft gorgonzola blended together spread on one side of bread, fig jam on the other. Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese, chicken salad with grapes, tarragon, walnuts ground fine in a food processor, sliced hard boiled eggs and curry mayo (mayo, curry powder and a bit of mango chutney blended together), thinly sliced ham with pimento cheese, purchased or make your own by blending mayo, grated sharp cheddar cheese salt and pepper in food processor until smooth then fold in chopped pimentos. Thinly sliced red or green apples (brushed with a little bit of lemon juice to prevent browning) and brown sugar-Brie butter (softened butter and room temp Brie with rind removed and a tablespoon or two of brown sugar blended together, also nice with toasted nuts folded in, almonds, pecans..
