At first it only seemed to be a tool for promoting anti social behavior and crime in our cities and to further dumb down our population
Now it’s being used to try to reduce our military recruitment. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12855869/amp/army-tiktok-mutiny-gen-z-recruits.html Why haven’t we banned this app yet? This would be like allowing Nazi Germany or the USSR to drop leaflets over our own territory. |
| If they banned Tik Tok then how would people complain that a $16 McDonald’s burger is Joe Biden’s fault? |
|
Duh.
It’s hilarious how this program that’s literally making everyone dumber is allowed unfettered access to our population. Meanwhile, you can sure a crap bet China heavily censors it, twitter, Facebook, etc. we let our minds be poisoned with Chinese social media platforms while China bans ours. Utter lunacy. |
|
And, Tik Tok is on a major PR campaign to demonstrate the "good" it does.
It is a toxic, dangerous app that needs to go away. STAT! |
| It's an interesting challenge for a country that purports to support free speech and unfettered capitalism. |
😂😂 |
| OP, have you looked into who funded Facebook and Twitter? |
We haven't had unfettered capitalism in the US since the 1800's We haven't had unfettered free speech in the US since the 1800's. What is your point? |

The military needs to fix some of the problems being highlighted by those service members and then maybe recruitment numbers might rebound.
|
This generation is going to play around and find out--the military will get the #'s it needs when it needs it--can't "identify" out of the Selective Service System https://www.sss.gov/ |
Just become obese. Not gonna make a 320lb fatty go to the front lines. |
It's called the Paradox of Tolerance |
We didn't have these things in the 1800s either. |
|
It was Nazi activities that led to creation of FARA. We need similar regulatory innovations now.
I won’t hold my breath. |
