Non dairy Christmas sides suggestions?

Will have someone for dinner who has an allergy. What are your favorite sides that don't include dairy? Butter is ok.

I was thinking baked or sweet potatoes
green beans with almonds.

What else can I serve? There will be 10 of us, and I like to have lots of options.

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Glazed carrots
Roasted beets with candied walnuts
Mashed turnips with roasted garlic
Roasted fennel, red onion and apple
Zatar roasted cauliflower
Anonymous
Brussel sprouts with bacon and a balsamic glaze

Stuffing with sausage and apples and golden raisins

Some of it depends on what your entree is. What are you serving?

Shaved fennel celery salad with citrus and pistachios
Marinated broccoli salad (I think this one is a NYT/Melissa Clark recipe)

Yes, they can eat a small amount of butter and not get a reaction but nothing cheesy or sour cream or with a stick of butter.

Baked potatoes, everyone chose their own toppings
Some kind of roasted green vegetable, like brussel sprouts or asparagus
Wintery salad with a vinegar-based dressing
