Who makes oatmeal besides Quaker (not instant)?

Anonymous
Any non-instant oatmeal recommendations that aren’t Quaker? It’s a staple in our home and one kid only eats oatmeal for breakfast. We’re running low and I was going to pick up another box this week while shopping. I realize the current recall doesn’t include oatmeal but IDK these recalls tend to grow/mess up companies for a while. Alternatives? Everything else I see has so much other stuff mixed in like protein powders etc or is instant - which never tastes the same to me as stove top cooked oats. Would you just get the Giant store brand?

I use O Organics Old Fashioned Oats from Safeway.

+1, most groceries around here seem to have their own store-brand organic oats. McCann’s is also good.

Just get any organic old fashioned oats. Oats are one of the dirtiest foods in terms of pesticides.

Whole Foods or Wegmans store brand organic rolled oats or steel cut oats.

I get the Safeway organic or Trader Joe’s depending on where I happen to be. Where I live we also have a store called Natural Grocers and if I happen to be there, I’ll buy theirs in bulk.
