Had to share. They have three stunning options (mocha, praline, and vanilla) and offer a smaller version that’s perfect if you’re not hosting the whole fam this holiday season.
The medium is less than $25 and serves three. Figured I couldn’t purchase the ingredients for the less than the price. https://freshbaguette.craverapp.com/ |
| How did it taste? |
| I wish they just had simple chocolate with vanilla cream. Not a fan of these flavors. Well the mocha sounds great, but the kids wouldn't like. I'm sure the quality is very good though! |
| Thanks for the suggestion |
Boulangerie Christophe has more flavors, including simple chocolate/chocolate and vanilla/vanilla (without the caramel), if that would be more appealing to the kiddos. |
Tout de Sweet, which I like a little better than fresh baguette for pastry, has a vanilla/chocolate buche but I think that one has rum (which might be a pro or con for you) |
We like Les Delices in Rockville more than all of these recs thus far. The best part is that their cakes aren’t sickenly sweet. Their filling for their Yule log is sooooo good.

We ordered this last year and it was very small. |
Ha, pro for me con for the kids! |
| The cafe mocha is really, really, REALLY good - we’ve gotten it the past couple years and it’s a huge hit. We get the big one. I have my order in for Christmas Eve! |
Thanks, love TdS, need to check this out! |
They also have straight vanilla-vanilla. |
We did too. We got the praline and it was tasty but for our family of 3 it was just enough. I was taken aback by how small it was. |
| We like Les Delices, but it's so pricey! Ok for Christmas (we've used them for weddings, anniversary and special bdays). Am willing to give Fresh Baguette a try - thanks for the tip! |

I was wondering how 'wet' something like this was, this told me
