How is this Comstock plan seemingly move forward when the surrounding community opposes it?

Comstock is also involved in a development project in the center of town. some feel there was a bait and switch over what the community intended and what current plans are. Of course, the plan has been stalled supposedly due to post COVID rise in costs. Comstock seems like a big bully in these instances. Is this how they’ve always operated? Are they also one of the developers trying to tear up Reston Golf Course over community objections? |

Agree but fear they will lob off more of the art space than they already did (the bait and switch). |
