| Any suggestions for a kid friendly restaurant near Ford's Theatre? We are bringing family from out of town to A Christmas Carol this weekend. We were going to go to Pi Pizzeria but just learned that it closed! |
| Bens chili bowl? |
A fun place to take visitors, but not sure they want everyone to have the farts before a performance! |
| Carmine’s |
|
Old Ebbitt is about 5 blocks away and very family friendly.
Zaytinya is fun. |
We just took our kids to Carmine's this weekend and it was great, both for the kids and the adults, as the food is actually very good - much better than you'd expect for a place that serves huge platters of pasta. |
| carmines. shake shack. Ella's. The Hamilton. |
| The Smith, City Tap, elephant and castle |
| Matchbox |
| Puttery is there with mini golf and serves pizza and other food. Website says it’s 21 and over after 4pm though but all ages can go earlier. |
| Hill Country BBQ |
| There's a hard rock. |
| Jaleo |
| When we saw A Christmas Carol last year we ate at Succotash and everyone was happy. It feels fancy and as I remember there were even kids menus. |
Ella’s Wood Fired Pizza! Another weirder idea: the cafe at the MLK library. Then they can also go on the slide.
