Chips, heath, cranberry, potato chips, cinnamon, coffee. All stirred into the same cookie. You're welcome.

I love smores so when I came across the viral tik tok smores cookie, I had to try it. It is amazing! Take regular chocolate chip cookie and add pieces of marshmallow and pieces graham crackers.

I’ve been having trouble finding them lately, but I love Nestle espresso chips. I haven’t actually baked with them yet, because I always end up eating them straight out of the bag first, but I think they’d make a wonderful cookie.

If anybody sees them, would you please post where?

Would freeze dried raspberries or strawberries work? I haven’t experimented, but generally love a berry/chocolate combination.

I like peanut butter cookies with Guittard extra dark chocolate chips. Or plain cookies with the chips and dried tart cherries — sometimes adding macadamia nuts.
