I bought frozen shredded potatoes

Anonymous
Can you explain to me like I’m 12, how to incorporate it into easy weekday before school breakfasts? Do I throw some potato in a pan and let it crisp a little, then scramble some eggs in and add chopped bacon? Would rather not do a separate pan if I don’t need to…

We make them in the air fryer. Easy peasy. Add some shredded cheese. Delish but probably best not to eat every day. Yummy with a runny soft boiled egg on top,

Bake them ahead in mini muffin tins with eggs and cheese (Google for recipes, there are a million) and then pop them in the microwave to warm them up in the morning.

This is exactly what we do. We spray a muffin pan, add potatoes, add eggs and other toppings with cheeses and some seasonings, place in oven for about 20 minutes. Heat during the week as we go.
