Cannot even change a tire without getting taxed in the back while handcuffed. The. Charged with drugs seen no where on the video.

There is nothing we can do here in DCUM. Let the authorities conduct an investigation and punish guilty parties as required under the laws. Yes people do not always behave properly--this is why we have a legal system. Why I sleep well.at night. Let them handle it. That will be a display of American style due process.

A consent decree is a mechanism that allows DOJ to take control of a local police department. MPDC had one thirty some-odd years ago.

That sounds like what other countries have: "security forces"--a national police force.
