Has anyone taken a one or two day public speaking workshop that you liked?

Years ago, when I was a new consultant and had to speak in front of people, my firm ran me through a short workshop designed to help me (and another coworker who joined at the same time) with public speaking.

I recall that besides giving tips, they filmed us and helped us with our hand gestures and/or body language etc.

Have any of you had a course like this that you liked?

Just volunteer to speak at seminars, panels and conferences.

But toastmasters is best way
