Higher-end Chinese restaurant - Montgomery County or DC

Looking for a good Chinese restaurant that is nice for a special bday dinner. prefer Montgomery County but will make the trip to DC for something hughly reommended.

Da Hong Pao in Logan circle is fabulous. But so so many to choose from in Rockville

Sichuan Pavillion is where a lot of Chinese World Bankers and IMF folks go.

Not high end but we love Gourmet Inspirations in Wheaton.

Those two have the look and feel of fancy event dining

There is absolutely no reason to do it in DC. Montgomery County has the best Chinese restaurants in the DMV.
