calendar system for personal and work?

what calendar system do you use for both -currently I use Google's calender but I'm finding that my appointments don't always sync. I need something universal that I can access from home, work, and on my blackberry.

I use my work Blackberry for both.

When I had a Blackberry I used Nuevasync to link the BB and google calendars. As I recall it was pretty cheap, possibly free although that seems unlikely.

9:42 again. Now that I have an iPhone, the Calengoo app is great. DH and the older DC and I all add to the family calendar from the home computer or from iPhones or iTouches. My iPhone syncs with what they've entered automatically, the next time I open it up. I don't have it synced to my work calendar, however, because the family stuff would swamp the work stuff.

Sorry to be a shill for this app, but our family relies on it to sync our various schedules. To the point that DH makes bad jokes about syncing ourselves on it....
