Nannies first day/week how to set her for success

The title says it please help me make it a good transition for my baby with the nanny and vice versa.

On the first day, the nanny should shadow you caring for your child, even if she’s highly experienced. Baby needs to see you trusting caregiver, so your child will trust her to.
