Food gift basket (not wine)

Anonymous
I’m hoping to send a food-oriented gift box to some 60s age relatives who are going through a rough time. I’ve only ever received Harry and David. Wondering if there are any others with which people have had good experiences? TIA

Zingerman’s, Zabar’s if you like their options.

I dislike Harry and David’s. +1 to Zingerman’s Zabar’s. I also like DiBruno’s. We now send Gregory’s Oranges and receive compliments about that. You have to wait for the oranges to be picked, so it doesn’t ship immediately. Or send steaks or a holiday dinner from Omaha (or something similar).

Spoonful of Comfort is delicious.

Do you know anything about their food preferences?

Thank you all. I will check out these suggestions. They eat almost anything, but I know are trying to avoid alcohol.

It was surprisingly good!

Zingerman’s has nice baskets.

It looks good but I'm always turned off by deliveries of cold items with freezer packs, etc. Seems fussy and wasteful for me just to send soup.

Is Wolferman’s good?
